Who can take yearbook?
Any student is welcome to join yearbook staff!
How do I join yearbook?
Yearbook is offered as a daily, year-long course. Sign up for yearbook during class forecasting in Trimester 2.
What credits does yearbook offer?
Yearbook is a computer credit. Once computer credits are fulfilled, it is an elective credit.
Do I really need to preorder a book?
Yes! We order books in January based on sales. If you would like a book guaranteed you should preorder and pay early in the year. Students waiting to pay for a book past the preorder date will not be guaranteed a book. The preorder date will be announced ahead of time via school newsletter. There will be a limited number available at distribution on a first come first serve basis.
How much does the book cost?
It costs $60 from August to December, and $65 from January-June.
What does the book cover?
The main book covers the summer before school begins, and all of Trimesters 1 and 2. The beginning of Trimester 3, and Spring Sports also make it into the book. Other spring happenings (musical, prom, graduation, etc.) are covered in a spring supplement.
When does the spring supplement come out?
Because the coverage goes until the last days of school, the supplement is distributed the following fall. Grades 10-12 can pick one up at lunch; they will be mailed to the graduated seniors.
Do you sell past yearbooks?
We do have many yearbooks from past years available for purchase. Please contact us with your specific inquiry, and we will look into that availability and cost.
