Grief is a strong and often times overwhelming feeling of loss we experience after the death of a loved one, when there are dramatic changes to our life, or when we our sense of normalcy gets rocked. Much like adults, children go through grief in the non-linear stages of denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and ultimately acceptance.
