Boys and Girls Swim
The boys and girls swim teams finished stellar seasons with several record performances at the VHSL State Swim meet. The season was highlighted by the boys capturing the county championship.

Braxton Biller captured the Region Championship in the 165 weight class and advanced to the state meet. Hailey Funkhouser qualified for the state girls wrestling tournament.

Academic team has strong season
Academic team has strong season
The MVHS scholastic bowl team finished 2nd in regular season play in the Bull Run District. Joshua Eaton led our team with 990 points in the regular season. Liam Ring-- 485 points, Alex Poster --450 points, Annika Dellinger--385 points, Noah Bauserman--185 points.
At the district tournament on January 7th, MVHS placed 3rd. Joshua Eaton was selected as first-team all-district.
(Page County won the Bull Run district tournament.)
The regional B tournament was held on February 8th. MVHS placed fourth. Joshua Eaton was selected first-team all-region. Alex Poster was selected as second-team all-region.
(Buckingham County won the Region B regional tournament.)
