The Media Unit is a student led space where you can get support on media content, creation, and photographing models. We have a Studio Camera available and a selection of lights and backdrops for you to use in the photography studio (room 15.4).

Room 15.5 has three PCs, each equipped with a Wacom Cintiq for design work and digital drawing.   The Heliodon is also available to use in this room.

We also loan out a range of equipment, from cameras and tripods to site surveying equipment, 3D scanners, and graphics tablets. If you visit our equipment loan page, you will find a full list of the equipment available.

All equipment is free to borrow and can be loaned for up to two weeks at a time, although extensions may be possible.
