Chapati granola

Method

  1. Add clarified butter (ghee) or vegan butter to hot pan and keep on medium flame.

  2. Add dry fruits & nuts and fry until golden brown.

  3. Add sweetener of your choice and mix well: maple syrup/brown sugar/jaggery powder (quantity can be varied as you like).

  4. Then add tiny pieces of chapatis (Indian flatbread also known as phulka rotis) to the hot mixture in pan (turn flame on high.) Let it cook until golden and crispy.
