Accomodation

Check-in will be 4pm and check-out is 10am. Breakfast is 7.30am – 9am and will be served in the Edge dining room. Everyone has been allocated into Howden block which is opposite the Edge venue.

Guests will need to check in at The Edge reception (please see attached the location map) the contract number for customer services located here is 0114 2228800. This is open 24hrs, 7 days a week. Each room will have bed linen, a hand & bath towel, and a soap bar. Guests can get free Wi-Fi by login onto the ‘Guest’ network.

You will be taken to your accommodation after the poster session on the first day of the conference - 11th September.

All bedrooms are single ensuite and have fresh bed linen and towels, free WiFi access, tea and coffee making facilities and car parking (permit from reception is required). Please note there are no TV's or telephones in any of the bedrooms.

Launderette facilities are available, there is an onsite ATM for cash withdrawals and an on-site shop that offers a selection of groceries, drinks and toiletries (open 7 days a week).

The main reception area within The Edge provides a 24 hour contact point and there is 24hr security on site at all times.

Parking is available if you notify the organisers in advance to obtain a permit.
