To get involved with PinC, see our Get Involved! page for more information. You can either become a member of the committee for lots of day-to-day and behind-the-scenes responsibilities, or become a general volunteer to help out at the various events we host.
Philosophy in the City is open to anyone at the University of Sheffield, not just philosophy students! As long as you're passionate about philosophy and want to learn more about the subject, you're welcome here!
Even if you aren't able to dedicate lots of time to helping out with PinC or if you don't want to take on lots of responsibilities, you can still get involved! All year round, we will be recruiting general volunteers to help out.
Volunteers do not help with any of the day-to-day organisation and running of PinC, but they have the opportunity to attend and run workshops and events alongside the committee. When an event is approaching, we will reach out to our volunteer pool to find extra individuals to help out.
See our 'Get Involved!' page for more information.
