SSiD is a 'one-stop shop' student information service that can answer the majority of your questions. They can offer guidance on issues such as exams, changing course and extenuating circumstances, and provide a range of administrative services including:

If they can’t answer your question, they’ll refer you to the relevant service or department who can.

Student Access to Mental Health Support (SAMHS)
If you need mental health support during your studies, you can register online with Student Mental Health, Counselling & Therapies Service.
They’ll consider your suitability for one-to-one counselling with the University Counselling Service, as well as a wide range of other available interventions.

Disability and Dyslexia Support Service (DDSS)
You may be eligible for disability support if you have an impairment or condition that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on your ability to carry out study-related tasks, such as:
reading
sitting exams
attending classes
taking notes in class
delivering presentations
planning and writing assignments
DDSS can provide guidance and advice on setting up disability support, including how to organise exam support adjustments.
The deadline for setting up exam support is usually in week 9 of each semester.
