Medics Mentoring Programme Applications are now open for 2024/25 Year 12 Students!
A purpose that's at the heart of everything we do at the Medical School is to inspire and empower students to fulfil their potential by making the study of Medicine accessible to everyone.
We believe that Doctors should reflect the communities it serves. Widening Participation helps us to achieve this purpose and it is why Medics Mentoring Programme only supports students from a Widening Participation background.
The programme will provide successful applicants opportunity to demonstrate on their Medical School application, and at university interview, that they have gained an understanding of Medicine and a doctor's role and what inspires you to become a doctor.
