The Gambling Harms Research UK (GHRUK) Evidence Centre is inviting applications for six fully funded four-year PhD studentships for outstanding and ambitious researchers.
Funded through a £10 million UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) investment, this programme offers the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant research addressing one of the UK’s most urgent and complex public health challenges.
Successful applicants will join an interdisciplinary doctoral cohort working across:
You will work alongside internationally recognised researchers, engage directly with policymakers and practitioners, and produce research with real world impact.
We welcome applications from people with a wide range of disciplinary backgrounds and particularly encourage applications from underrepresented groups, including disabled applicants and people from different genders, ages, cultures, ethnicities and beliefs.
