This is the bulk of your article. While your writing style is obviously your own and we want to encourage your authentic voice, we'd suggest reading these basic notes to ensure consistency across the Directory of Good Practice.
Consider your audience: the purpose of the Directory is to inspire colleagues with examples of good practice, as such your article should seek to explain a problem you overcame, a realisation you came to or a process you streamlined. Think about what the audience will take away from reading this piece.
Context is key: be sure to explain how this work came to be so that colleagues can understand the situation that prompted it. Try to explain how the same idea can be transported across to the reader's area of knowledge.
Keep your language clear and understandable: while you are writing for a university readership remember that not everyone will have the specific knowledge you have, so make sure that what you are writing about will make sense to your reader.
This is where any further reading, links, documents, slides or videos can be referenced. Please include all supporting materials with your submission.
