Data is Available and Ready to use

Data available and ready to use is a rarity so if you find yourself in this situation you might be considered very lucky.  However, it is still necessary to think about how that data can be accessed and whether it needs to be stored more locally. This should be documented for transparency within the data strategy.  A data exploration should be carried out within the context of the current project and a report shared with the relevant stakeholders to confirm or determine next steps.
