Knowledge Management

As more information is stored digitally and with the inception of large language models (LLMs), there is an opportunity to better manage how knowledge is shared within organisations. 

At the AMRC, systems are being developed to understand what skills there are across the AMRC (and the resulting gaps) and what projects have been worked on and by whom. This has allowed the AMRC to identify the challenges using LLMs as well as their potential, including the pros and cons of sharing such information. Collaboration with academic departments is pushing the research in LLMs for impact within industry.
