Thank you for investing time and energy in considering opportunities for your students to graduate college and career ready! The mindset in building this toolbox centered on building capacity within school counselors and administrators to address all CCI measures through a tiered system of support for all students. We have provided a comprehensive overview of the Multi-Tiered Multi Domain System of Supports (MTMDSS) which is a delivery model for school counseling services. Recognizing that career exploration and college aspirations need to be nourished in elementary and middle school, we have provided guidance for instruction and tiered supports for those levels. Additionally, this committee shared the mindset that all three domains in school counseling (academic, college/career, social/emotional) are pivotal in graduating students that are college and career ready.
The CCI Toolbox provides the following:
Evidence-based systems known to promote a college and career ready culture within a school and community
Tiered Supports focusing on instruction and interventions directly relating to CCI Measures
FAQ & CALPADS Reports that provide clarity and opportunities to report clean data
Further Study including reference materials, books, and conferences
This toolbox was developed as a collaborative effort between Shasta COE, Siskiyou COE, Humboldt COE, and Tehama COE.

North Sate Together
Representing Five North State Counties: Shasta Tehama, Trinity, Modoc, and Siskiyou
The North State Together grant allows us to continue to develop our regional “Cradle to Career” partnerships, where leaders from education, business, philanthropic, nonprofit, civic, and faith communities join together to improve educational success for every child through a data-driven, collective impact approach. North State Together is the largest geographical collective in the U.S. covering 5 counties and over 20,000 square miles. North State Together will continue to provide direct resources and data and research support to the five county networks: Reach Higher Shasta, Expect More Tehama, Advancing Modoc Youth, Trinity Together Cradle to Career Partnership, and Cradle to Careers for Siskiyou. North State Together will support these partnerships with the goal to increase educational outcomes at all levels with ultimate impacts on the overall health and economic well-being of our communities.
