Up next: EOY 2
If your district is not yet certified, the EOY 2 recommended error-free date is August 3 and final deadline is  August 17 (no Amendment Window).

EOY 2 collects data on course completion for grades 7-12 (optional for grades 7-8), CTE participants and completers, work-based learning, and one-year graduate and completers. **Summer graduates must be documented in CALPADS before August 17 to be included in the cohort and the 25-26 EOY reports (more information here).

NOTE: EOY 2 certification is required for all districts, even those that don't report any applicable EOY 2 data.

CALPADS Documentation Update v18.0
The CALPADS Office has published updated CALPADS System Documentation on July 1, 2026, effective for the 26-27 academic year. Links on the toolkit page have been updated to reflect v18.0. If you have saved local copies of the documentation, please update to the new versions.
