CALPADS Documentation Update v17.1
The CALPADS Office has published updated CALPADS System Documentation on April 1, 2026, effective for the 2025-26 academic year. Links on the toolkit page have been updated to reflect v17.1. If you have saved local copies of the documentation, please update to the new versions.

Two EOY Certifications Required - Both EOY 1 and EOY 2 must be LEA Approved/Certified, even if your district only has grades TK-8. (And EOY 1 requires SELPA Certification.) This planning template can help you set goal dates and ensure the right people are involved in the EOY process. Note: EOY 2 is primarily for grades 9-12. Districts with 7-8th grade departmentalized courses may submit completion data, but it's optional.
