FALL 2 Submission Overview 

The FALL 2 submission captures the following data:

• staff assignments and full-time equivalent (FTE)

• student course enrollments

• english learner education services

NOTE: Fall 2 does not require SELPA approval and does not include an amendment window.

FALL 2 Files

• SDEM - Staff Demographics

• SASS - Staff Assignment

• CRSE - Course Section Enrollment

• SCSE - Student Course Enrollment

• PSTS - Post Secondary Status

**Files must be submitted and posted in the order listed, and it’s important to note the file processing method for each. 

25-26 EOY Dates & Deadlines 

• Error-free by February 13

• LEA Certification Deadline: February 27
