NOTE: You will need to correctly reply to your 'secret question' before a new password is assigned.

It isn't possible to 'lookup' a SchoolZone password so if you haven't supplied a 'secret question', your password will need to be manually reset.  Call the school that the student attends to make arrangements to have this done.
