Why can't I login?

Parents & Students

To login to the SchoolZone, you must use a valid UserID and password. If you are unable to login, you might not have an active account. Once your SchoolZone account is created at the school you will receive a UserID and temporary password to use when logging in.

If you have received a UserID and password and still can't login, contact the school where your child is registered.

EPS Staff

Staff must have a valid district email UserID and password, a Powerschool (SIS) account before a SchoolZone account can be created by the SchoolZone Administrator at your school. You use the same UserID and password to login to the SchoolZone and your email account.

  • Passwords in the SchoolZone are case-sensitive. If your email password is "BestCook4Ever", you must type the capital "B", "C" and "E". Be sure you are typing your password correctly. (Check your Caps Lock key.)
  • If you can login to your email account but can't login to the SchoolZone, contact your school.
