AirServer is likely the easiest way to share information from your iPhone or iPad to the smartboard, requiring only that your receiving desktop pc has AirServer installed on it. It is not free, and it only works with Apple devices.

Google Cast is free to download from the Chrome Web Store, however, it does require a little time to learn how to set it up for seamless sharing from Chromebooks.
