Details: (2) $500.00 scholarships will be awarded.
Criteria:
1) Must be going into Education, Law Enforcement/First Responder, or Public Service Field.
2) Must be from in or around the Texas Panhandle.
3) Must write one page explaining why you are going into one of these fields and/or the impact Kenneth/Kay Martindale had on your life.
