Mrs. Ellie does an amazing job helping to troubleshoot issues with our Chromebooks. However, we request that students are only sent to the library for tech help when she does not have a library class in the library. We also request that students are sent with a tech help pass (similar to a nurse pass) outlining what the issue is. If Mrs. Ellie is unavailable, the student can leave the Chromebook with the tech help pass and she can work on it later. Here is a link to the passes if teachers need to print more!
