Mrs. Cox is the school librarian and Gifted and Talented teacher for the elementary and intermediate campuses. She has been in education since 2003 and most of those years have been spent as a school librarian! She has been in Shallowater ISD since 2021 and has loved being a part of this district.  She has a bachelor’s degree from Lubbock Christian University and two master’s degrees from Texas A&M-Commerce. She is married to Turner and has an awesome bonus son, Kaleb, who is a Shallowater graduate and current student at Texas Tech. She loves reading (of course!), running, traveling, watching sports, and camping/hiking/being outdoors.  She is excited to share her love of reading, books, and technology with the students and staff of Shallowater ISD.
