Green Building Challenge

Directions:

Investigate innovations in buildings that help to save energy and protect the environment. Design and create a building that uses some of these techniques.

• We don’t all live in green buildings. Help out the family by making a list of things they can do to be more environmentally friendly!

• Look at a list of common items that are compostable, recyclable, then help the family sort their trash.

• Do a home audit of common ways you can help to save energy and conserve water.

• Use Minecraft to make a plan for new school garden.

Do a search for Minecraft for Education, click log in and then select the Office 365 option. From there you can log into your account the same way you did at school using your log in name which again is your user name followed by @sasd.k12.pa.us (username@sasd.k12.pa.us) and then hopefully you remember your password because I do not have the access to reset it for you. If you don't have a "Minecraft for Education" account, but you do have a personal Minecraft account, you can use that as well.
