Recreate a famous work of art using nothing but materials found around your home.
Search the museums below and choose ONE piece of art from one of the collections that you would like to recreate. Remember, YOU have to be in the picture - choose something appropriate.
Gather a MINIMUM of 10 items that you will use to recreate this photo. Props, clothes and other accessories count as items as long as they relate to your original picture.
Lay out all of the items on the floor and take a "Flat Lay" photograph of everything you will use. See the example on the right.
Recreate the famous piece of art using the items you gathered. Have a family member take the picture. Again, remember, you should be in the picture.
Upload the following to Google Classroom:
A picture of the original piece of art, along with the name of the piece, the artist and which museum the piece came from.
Your "Flat Lay" photograph of all the items you used in your picture.
A picture of your recreation.
6. WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH THIS PROJECT, complete the evidence and reflection form.
