Shake It Off Dog Grooming will operate under guidance provided by the CDC and MS Board of Animal Health.

New Clients:   

We are not accepting monthly clients at this time. New clients must complete the online client form. Appointments will be booked after a phone discussion. The phone discussion is to discuss your wants/needs, your dog's needs, and allow you to ask the groomer questions.  

Cancellations:   

Please be considerate of everyone's schedule. There is no penalty for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee. Failure to pay the fee will forfeit future appointments. No shows will be assessed a cancellation fee. 

Confirmations appreciated: 

When you receive the appointment reminder, please confirm/cancel your appointment using the confirmation link or by text message (601-790-0117). 

Grooming appointment: 

Upon arrival, I will begin setup. It is preferred to bring the dog after setup so they are not spending extra time away from home. Setup can be noisy and scary so it is best to wait until the area is prepared for your dog.  You will receive a text when ready for your dog. 

Please meet me outside.  Your dog should be on a leash (min 6 ft length). A properly fitting collar (with tag) is highly suggested. Dogs can be carried out but a leash & collar is still necessary. 

We will discuss your appointment requests/needs outside. If preferred, requests can be sent by text, 601-790-0117.

At the end of the grooming session, a service report will be sent along with an invoice link. Please meet me outside to greet your dog.  

Cash, check, or card are accepted. Credit card payments can be completed using the invoice link in the text message.  Checks can be made out to Shake It Off Dog Grooming.   

At this time, we do not accept Cash app or Zelle.
