We need 5 things to complete our mission:

  • Add a folder to your Google Drive and give it a descriptive name. This is where the merged documents will stored.
  • Create a spreadsheet with reliable data. See below for a sample.
  • Create a form that asks your questions. See below for a sample.
  • A template that will be merged with the information submitted to the form. A template for autoCrat can be a document or a slide. See below for a sample.
  • And you need the autoCrat add-on. See below for a link!

Get autoCrat add-on in Google Sheets

Under the Add-ons menu, choose the last item, "Get add-ons."

Give it permission to run by choosing "Launch."
