My Drive is like your digital file cabinet. It houses all of your digital files such as Docs, Slides, PDFs, jpeg, videos, etc.
Shared with Me houses all of the files that have been shared with you individually or within your domain. If you want them in My Drive you need to put them there.
Shared Drives (aka Team Drive) are individually made Drives that serve a specific purpose. No one person owns these Drives. They are domain specific. You must be invited to be a member of a Shared Drive.
Starred are your favorites in Google Drive. You must 'star' a file or folder for them to appear in Starred. This is a good way to have files you use often at your finger tips.
Recent are the files or folders you have most recently accessed.

*Anything in your Drive can be shared but you must adjust permissions based on the population that you would like to have access your file.
*You can share and collaborate within GSuite apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Draw)
*You can share PDFs, video, images that are housed in Drive but you cannot collaborate (edit) within them with others.

The blue button that says Allowed For SGFCSD does NOT impact the Chromebook filter. Clicking Allow will not change the filter settings.
Instructional videos should be mini lessons. 5 minutes or less at the elementary level if possible.
