Google Sites

Google Sites is one way to communicate with students and families during this time of remote learning. This guide will help you get set up and launch for families and students. A couple of things to remember:

• You do NOT need to follow the branding guidelines set up on pages 4 and 5. This is ONLY if this site is linked to our district website. You can use any theme or font.

• Less is more. Make your site simple and easy to follow with only information students and families need for remote learning.

• To publish click the PUBLISH button. Click the word MANAGE then select either: Anyone can view, Only SGFCSD can view, or Only People with the Link Can View. If you want families to see this you MUST click Anyone Can View. It will then be live on the internet.

• Once you have published share your site with students and/or families through Google Classroom, email, or Remind.
