Staff Digital Skills Journey
As part of our Digital Strategy, SFX is focused on the development of staff members' digital skills to further support their teaching and learning. Therefore, we have now introduced a 'Digital Skills Journey' which includes four stages. The four stage digital journey begins with an induction to digital innovation and subsequently progressing to becoming a Digital Teacher, a Digital Champion, and finally a Digital Expert. All teachers will earn badges to reflect the completion of their digital journey. End of year Principal’s award will be presented to those who qualify as Digital Champions and Digital Experts. Further recognition will be awarded to those who also qualify as Apple Teacher through the Apple Teacher accreditation route
