If you have any questions or need any support during the evaluation process, you can email employee.evaluations@sfusd.edu, schedule a Google Meet check-in or call 415-241-6101, Ext 24464.
When used meaningfully, the evaluation form is intended to support an employee and supervisor in documenting the quality of work performed by an employee, identifying areas for professional growth and future opportunity and alerting the employee to areas where their performance is unsatisfactory or is in need of improvement.
The HR department has been working closely with the classified unions to develop evaluation tools that benefit both the employee and supervisor. Not only are evaluations are an opportunity to provide meaningful feedback to employees, they are tools to support conversations around performance. Here you will find information on the different classified evaluation tools and processes.
