I was born and raised in San Francisco. I graduated from Burton & Sala Burton Academic High School. I then went to Morris Brown College & Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. I have been teaching since the 4th grade, but officially 21 years. I love spending time with family, traveling, and helping my students prepare for life both physically & mentally. I am their wellness coach.
I love learning about physical health, mental health, and using these knowledge to apply to all areas of life: socially, academically, and professionally. Throughout my youth, I went through a healthy lifestyle change which develop my passion with health and fitness. I believe having a strong body will develop a strong mental mindset, which means anyone can accomplish their goals. I went to San Francisco State for my undergrad and teaching credentials.
