Oracle Park employees can take advantage of special employee parking rates on gamedays at preferred lots and garages through the neighborhood. Employee rates vary by event start time and day of the week due to overall demand and inventory availability. Special employee rates at 5+ Giants preferred facilities are available through ParkWhiz and Parkade, two online parking reservations platforms (registration required).
For those who prefer to pay upon arrival, a special rate will also be available at Lot A/Pier 48 - simply show your Giants credential to the cashier before you pay. Note: the drive-up rate for the 2026 season is $15 for all games and non-baseball events. Pier 30/32 no longer offers special rates for Oracle Park employees.
New for this season - drive-up parking will only be available in Pier 48. Those who prefer to park on Lot A should reserve in advance on ParkWhiz.
To enroll in the program, fill out the ParkWhiz Opt-In form.
Plan ahead! Please allow two business days for you to see the special rates on ParkWhiz from the time you submitted the Opt-In form.
2. Open ParkWhiz in a browser on your computer.
3. Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the page.
4. Fill out the form to create an account.
Important! You must create an account using the same email address that you provided when filling out the ParkWhiz Opt-In form above otherwise you will not receive the special employee rates.
5. Save your vehicle information in your account.
Important! This information is required so that you don't accidentally receive a citation or have your vehicle towed.
6. Save a payment method to expedite the check out process.
Download the ParkWhiz app on your smartphone and log into your account.
Type Oracle Park in the search bar. You can either click on a particular event or click "I'm not looking for an event."
Input your arrival and departure times and click Find Parking.
Use the map to locate a facility. After you are registered, discounted rates will automatically appear at Giants preferred facilities.
Remember: Giants preferred facilities aren't the only options available to you - the ParkWhiz app will show you market rates at facilities throughout the neighborhood in addition to special employee rates at Giants preferred facilities.
To learn more about a facility, click on the icon and click "Book Now," then click "Show Facility Details" below the facility name.
Once you've chosen where you want to park, complete your payment with Apple/Google Pay or click "Complete payment."
You will receive an email confirmation from ParkWhiz.
When you arrive at the facility, open the app and click "My Parking" at the bottom of the screen. Then click "View Pass" to open your reservation.
Scroll down on your reservation to find entry instructions. Depending on where you're parking, you may need to scan the QR code to enter or show it to an attendant.
Your recently used facilities will also populate on your homepage when you open the app, making it easy to re-book!
ParkWhiz allows employees to park at facilities throughout the neighborhood that we couldn’t otherwise make available because they aren’t staffed by a cashier on gamedays or during events, or aren't staffed early enough to accommodate employees, therefore employees wouldn't be able to receive a special rate when they arrive. The only facility in which employees will be able to pay upon arrival is Lot A/Pier 48.
After you book parking on ParkWhiz, you will receive an email confirmation with a QR code that, for most facilities, you will scan at a QR code reader when you arrive at the facility. Once your QR code is scanned, the facility gate will open and you can pull inside and park in any available parking space. If you booked at parking lot (for example, 610 Brannan), you will just drive in and park!
Detailed information about what to do once you arrive is provided in the "facility details" section on ParkWhiz.
Unfortunately, special employee rates are no longer available at Pier 30/32 (managed by Impark). You’ll find several new special employee parking options north of Oracle Park that are managed by our parking operator, ABM, via ParkWhiz.
Open ParkWhiz and click on the hamburger icon in the top left corner of the page. Click on "My Parking." From there you can cancel your reservation if you no longer need it and you can edit the license plate associated with the reservation if you need to make changes. Note: You can only cancel a reservation up to the start of the reservation window.
STRATA, Venue, and Bayside Village are apartment buildings near the ballpark that have opened excess parking capacity in their resident garages to select groups, including Giants employees, via the Parkade app. STRATA and Venue are in Mission Bay (next to Lot C) and Bayside Village is just across the street from Pier 30/32.
Scan the QR code and fill out the form.
Shortly after completing the form, you will receive an email from Parkade instructing you to download the Parkade app on your phone.
Complete the account set-up process via the Parkade app.
Important: you must register your vehicle completely (add make/model, license plate number, and state accurately). STRATA, Venue, and Bayside Village have a strict tow policy for any unregistered vehicles or vehicles parked in incorrect spaces.
Open the Parkade app
Click “Find parking”
Choose a location (STRATA, Venue or Bayside Village)
Input a start time and end time
Click “Search”
Select a space Note: These garages have numbered spaces. When parking you must park in the space that you reserved.
Review the details of your reservation and click on the map to see the location of the space you selected, then click “Next”
Confirm that your vehicle information is correct, then click “Park” to reserve your space and process payment
When you approach the garage roll-up door, open the Parkade app. Your reservation will appear on the “Park” tab. Click “Open gate” and the roll-up gate will open. Enter the garage and find your reserved space. To exit the garage on foot, walk to the roll-up door and click “Open gate” again. Use the same button to re-enter the garage as a pedestrian and exit in your vehicle.
Important: Do not click the “Open gate” button unless you are physically present at the gate.
When booking parking at Bayside Village, only select spaces available in the "Phase 1 Garage" (these are located the most centrally for access to the ballpark). The entrance is on Brannan St, midway through the block between Delancey St and the Embarcadero.
The garage entrances to both STRATA and Venue are located on Mission Rock Street just east of 4th Street.
To receive assistance, please email hello@parkade.com.
If you arrive at the garage and a vehicle is parked in the space that you reserved, open your reservation in the Parkade app and click on the “Report parking problem” button. From there, select the issue, upload a photo or provide any other requested information, and complete any other prompts provided in the app.
If your reservation is set to expire before you’re able to make it back to your vehicle, you can create a new reservation (be sure you’re reserving the same space that your vehicle is parked in, otherwise you will be at risk of being towed).
