Free of charge, Giants employees may use the Bike Valet room along the Portwalk (located under the right field foul pole) to safely secure your bike or kick scooter while at work, whether the Bike Valet service is open or closed.
Employees can use the lift-assist bike racks designated for employees located conveniently near the entry door. Be sure to lock your bike and ensure that the door closes securely behind you when you leave.
If you are leaving a scooter in the Bike Valet room, please try your best to store it out of the way of the wooden racks and keep all walkways clear to disrupt the Bike Valet operation.
Please note, employees are not permitted to charge their electric mobility devices (e-bike, e-scooter, etc.) in the Bike Valet Room.
Hours:
Opens: When gates open
Closes: 30 minutes after last out
If you arrive when Bike Valet staff are present, simply show the staff your Giants credential and they will let you enter the room.
When you arrive at Oracle Park:
Proceed to the 2nd & King security post and let the officer know you plan to park your bike in the Bike Valet room
Proceed to the Bike Valet room and call the Command Center (415-947-2911) when you reach the doors, and the Command Center will unlock the door remotely.
Use the two-level bike racks on the left as you enter the room, and please use the top row if possible to preserve the bottom row for the bike valet service. Be sure to lock your bike to the rack.
Check the door when you exit the room to ensure it has closed and latched.
If you depart after the Bike Valet has closed, simply proceed to the Bike Valet room, call the Command Center to be let in, retrieve your bike, and depart. Make sure to check the door as you exit to ensure that it has locked.
