San Francisco Bay Area Tamil Manram (SFBATM) aka Tamil Manram, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, is a non-political, and nonpartisan organization. The Tamil Manram Constitution states that the following SIX (6) OFFICERS are elected annually by the general membership:
President
Vice President - Administration
Vice President - Cultural
Treasurer
Secretary
Convener
SFBATM EC
SFBATM Executive Committee (EC) consists of the above 6 elected officers and one honorary member (The outgoing president). EC consists an odd number of positions to tie break the voting on the EC resolutions.
IMPORTANT
If there are any disputes regarding expired membership, it should be taken up with the Secretary. Contact at Secretary@sfbatm.org.
Election Office is not responsible to resolve those disputes.
If you have difficulty in casting the vote, contact the Election Officer at Election.Officer@sfbatm.org as soon as possible to
give ample time to resolve the issue before the election closes. Once the election closes you will not be able to participate in the election.
