Requirements:
Meets the minimum service hour requirement (we need to put # here)
Attends most meetings (with the exception of excused attendance discussed with officers)
Participates in at least 1 service event every 2 months
Perks:
Official NHS membership status (Listed in the NHS chapter roster)
Certificate of participation at the end-of-year celebration
Can participate in ONE during in-school event
SILVER MEMBER – ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR
Requirements:
Exceeds minimum service hours (we need to put # here- range)
Attends ALL meetings (with the exception of excused attendance discussed with officers)
Participates in most monthly events (what should be “most”?) and contributes to planning at least one
Perks:
All Bronze perks
Name listed on the school bulletin board/NHS honor wall bulletin?
Priority access to leadership roles or event lead positions (can attend all in school events)
Recognition in end-of-year slideshow with gift (we need to fundraise and discuss gifts etc, at the end of the year)
GOLD MEMBER – OUTSTANDING LEADER
Requirements:
Far exceeds service hours
Attends ALL meetings (with the exception of excused attendance discussed with officers)
Consistently volunteers, leads events, and mentors new members
Perks:
All Silver perks
Eligible for “NHS Member of the Year” (award?)
Featured on the NHS Instagram?
Special recognition and gift at the end-of-year celebration
