In language arts, learners will read a
variety of fiction pieces focused on character development. Throughout this process, different literary elements will be explored. Students will also be exposed to a variety of informational texts and develop their research and inquiry skills. Students will also expand their vocabulary and skill work through direct instruction as well as reading strategies.
