Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda Anrico, and I am proud to be the 7th grade English Language Arts teacher on the blue team at Seymour Middle School. Teaching is more than just my career — it’s my passion. I love helping students discover the power of stories, develop their voices as writers, and build confidence as readers and thinkers.

In my classroom, I strive to create a supportive and engaging environment where every student feels valued and inspired to grow. I believe that learning should spark curiosity, creativity, and connection, and I enjoy weaving in literature, real-world topics, and even a little humor to make lessons meaningful.

Beyond the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my son, Chase, cheering him on in basketball and football, and exploring fun family activities. I also love reading, crafting, and finding new ways to bring creativity into both my home and classroom.

I am excited for another year of learning, laughter, and growth together!
