Sevastopol's mission with the Eco Lab is to get kids to engage in their learning and have an educational experience with the outdoors.

Educational Uses
The EcoLab has many educational benefits. Teachers are encouraged to let their students go to the forest and let them do hands on activities to extend their learning and see the plants in their own eyes. This opportunity also lets students connect with nature.
Community Resource
Community Resource
The school forest can also serve as a community resource by hosting education events and providing a recreation site for the public.
