In this class we will learn how to manage our own health, encourage others to manage their health, and learn about various health factors and how it affects us.

We will exemplify the Sequoyah Core Values and Vision.

Students will have tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments.  Students are expected to complete those assignments to the best of their ability.  Assignments may be digital during inclement weather.
