Students continue to impress me!
Girls CrossFit have acclimated to the workouts and are thriving! We're almost through round one of the Teen Curriculum, which means round two will show us how much they've improved already.
Boys Speed & Agility continue to improve their strength and speed. Now that football is over and basketball is starting for most, we will adjust our workouts.
Yearbook recently met with our Walsworth Yearbook representative and learned how to manage the program for our yearbook.

When your student is hurt, injured, or sick, please provide a dated and signed note to excuse them from the workout for a specific period of time. You can also email me! Students do get a daily participation grade, so if that is not provided, they will receive a 0 for that day.
