We're ready to start the new year off right!
Girls CrossFit are about halfway through round two of their CrossFit Teens curriculum. They've definitely improved! Soon we will start testing out CrossFit Workouts of the Day.
Boys Speed & Agility continue to improve their strength and speed. They're are starting to see real results and I think its motivated them to continue working hard.
Yearbook has made progress. Now that school pictures are complete, we'll be able to complete even more pages!
Current Events continues to learn about national and world news. They may need a second composition notebook soon, as they might have filled the first.
When your student is hurt, injured, or sick, please provide a dated and signed note to excuse them from the workout for a specific period of time. You can also email me! Students do get a daily participation grade, so if that is not provided, they will receive a 0 for that day.
