Hi! My name is Madelyn, I am the VP of Outreach! Currently a junior at Sequoia, I joined the club when I was a freshman. I went to a protest after the Parkland shooting. At the protest, so many people talked and all had different stories that connected to gun violence in schools and shared their ideas. It made me feel empowered and inspired. When I came to Sequoia and discovered this club, I was excited that I would be able to have a chance to be a part of something that could make so much good change.

Hi! My name is Megan. I am currently a junior at Sequoia and the VP of Admin. I love dancing and baking, as well as fostering dogs. I have three of my own. I joined March for Our Lives freshman year after hearing about it in class. I had previously heard about the organization on the news and thought it was really interesting. I thought the club was an amazing way to spread ideas that March for Our Lives stands for more locally. It ended up being exactly that! I am so glad that I participated!

Hi! I am Alex. I am the VP of Treasury and manage this chapter's funds. My journey in March for Our Lives started junior year of high school. Outside of the movement, I spend my time in debate and tennis.

Hi! I am Mayleen, the president of the Woodside sub-chapter and secretary of March for Our Lives Sequoia Union. I joined the organization because I saw school shootings becoming more frequent, which made gun control suddenly very personal to me. As shootings got more serious to the point where my sister had it occur at her college and kids were bringing them to school, the issue didn't seem so small anymore. So, I joined this club to put in my two cents on what I want our future to be and what I want our future generations to have.
