APPLICATION PROCESS

 Current 9th-11th Grade Menlo-Atherton Students interested in applying for our AVID program will need to complete the following process:

1.) Decide what teacher/staff member would give you a positive recommendation (You will need this for the application) and kindly ask them if they would be willing to act as your reference.

2.) Fill out this Google Form Application; your recommending teacher will then be contacted to provide their reference confidentially to the AVID team.

 Current 8th grade/Compass students interested in applying for our AVID program for your 9th grade year in 2024-2025:

1.) Ask your favorite teacher if they would be willing to fill out the AVID recommendation

2.) Fill out this Google Form Application - make sure you take time to answer each question fully, and type in your teacher's email address correctly!

3.) Kindly remind your teacher to fill out the recommendation after a week or two.
