Hi, my name is Keira! I am a staff writer and cartoonist for Scot Scoop, Carlmont High School's Journalism program. I strive to highlight important controversial issues in my work, as I believe it's important to address and not ignore what makes us uncomfortable. Some topics I specifically like exploring are pop culture, ethics, and climate change.

Outside of Journalism, I enjoy music, art, video games, and spending time with my family. You can probably find me laughing with my two sisters or eating good food.

I'm currently in my senior year of high school, where I am continuing my journalism journey.
