Toggle Between Your Children's Accounts

• Navigate to the top-left corner

• Hover over the picture of your child

• Select another child from the drop-down menu

Setting Up Notifications

• Navigate to and select the top-right profile picture.

• From the drop-down menu, select 'manage your profile'

• Within the new window that appears, select the 'Notification Preferences' button.

• Please select how you would like to remain updated by either selecting or deselecting options using the tick boxes. Please save your preferences.

• Push Notifications are available for both the Android and iOS mobile apps. All important messages and notifications can now be sent directly to your mobile device.

Chat with your Child's Form Tutor

• Navigate to the top-right of the page and click on the chat icon.

• Search for your child's teacher to start a new chat, or click on a previous chat to resume the conversation.
