Login to the Seoul Foreign School EdPuzzle account
Step 1: Go to the staff tools page, or click on the button on the left to open the SFS EdPuzzle login page.
Step 2: Select the 'Continue with Google' button.
Step 3: Choose your school account
Step 4: Add a password
Agree to the terms and conditions
Select 'Create new account'
Step 5: Select grade level and subject
Note: You can add another grade level and subject, but unfortunately you can not add several grade levels for the same subject...
Once you have finished your selections, click on the 'Start Teaching' button.
Adding an assessment video to Google Classroom / SeeSaw
Step 1: Search for a video...
Step 2: Assign the video:
Select 'Assign'
Select the 'Add new class' button
Select 'Google Classroom'
Note: You are able to post EdPuzzle videos in SeeSaw as an activity: Link to tutorial
Step 3: Select grade level and subject of the Classroom you are importing.
Step 4: The Google Class will now appear on the left-hand menu, under 'My Classes'.
Step 5: Back to assigning the assessment video...
Select the Google class you have just added to EdPuzzle.
Assignment Settings
Step 6: General settings:
Select when the assignment will be posted and the due date
'Prevent skipping' allows students to revisit a video at a later time, however, it ensures they restart where they left off.
Select how many attempts the student will have to complete the assignment.
Turn on the toggle switch which allows this task to be posted to Google Classroom.
Step 7: Check that the assignment has appeared on your Google Classroom.
Student View (and features)
Step 1: When the student opens the assignment they are presented with a link that takes them straight to the assignment in EdPuzzle.
Step 2: Now in student view, you will see that I attempt, and fail, to skip forward to the first question.
Note: In this video there are 3 self-marking multiple choice videos and one video that requires a response (and teacher review)
