Inclusive Participation
Appropriate Level: Engage in activities that provide a genuine challenge and benefit.
Support for All: Schools should support students from diverse cultural backgrounds and ensure participation opportunities for students with disabilities.
Expand and Enhance Participation
Students regularly involved in physical activities are encouraged to:
Set Personal Goals: Expand and refine personal fitness objectives.
Explore New Models: Try different training methods to enhance performance.
Try New Sports: Engage in new physical activities.
Dedicated Athletes: Maintain a rigorous training program.
Reflection and Integration
Participation in physical education courses may count towards CAS if they meet CAS guidelines. As with all CAS experiences, students should reflect on their activity, noting moments of personal significance or inspiration.
Activity in CAS is about fostering lifelong healthy habits through regular physical activity. Embrace diverse physical pursuits, challenge yourself, and reflect on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
Please note that this is a suggestion only, and there are numerous ways in which to encourage students to explore their creativity.
