Pre-Graduation Survey & Accreditation Placement Form

Please skip this section if you graduated in December 2024.

As part of the college's accreditation, the reporting of specific data is required for all graduates. Data collected from this form will be used for both accreditation and quality improvement purposes.

Post-Graduation (Alumni) Survey

After the Commencement Ceremony, you should expect a survey from the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. This alumni survey is very important for the college and our accrediting body. We thank you in advance for taking the time to complete it!
