Where is your workplace?

My home bakery, since I don't have a desk, in Overvecht, Utrecht.

What does working from there look like?

Getting up nice and early, breakfast, coffee, cleaning my bakery/kitchen ( I really enjoy this), and then it's pretty comfortable. I enjoy having so much clutter-free space on my 'desk', keeps the mind clear. Sometimes I sneak in baking some cookies during the lunch breaks :) If only Google Meet had a smell-add on!

What is your lunch?

Usually something very Dutch, krentenbollen or bread with some kind of cheese or spread.

What is often one of the first things you do when you close your laptop?

Preheat the oven to 180C =)
