I wish you all a very happy new year and I hope we all make it another high-energy year! What will we focus on in 2023?

Sensorfact in 2023

In 2023 the focus for Sensorfact will be on three topics: broadening our product portfolio and cross-sell these new products within Europe, and making sure our employees grow with us and get the training they need to do so (talent development).

Broadening our product portfolio

In 2023 the focus will be on adding new products to our portfolio in order to not only eliminate energy waste in the industry, but to eliminate all waste in the industry. We already start with selling Predictivie Maintenance to our customers from this year on, but we hope to add at least one other proposition this year. Currently we are doing two R&D projects, one on compressed air and one on water (not using our pulse sensors, but using a ultrasonic sensor for customers who don’t yet have a water meter). 2023 will be an exciting year if it comes to our product portfolio. Curious what Sensorfact can offer at the end of 2023!

Cross-sell new products

Developing a new proposition is 1 (and very complex and time-consuming), but then selling it is a necessary 2. We don't start immediately by approaching new customers for our new products, but start with our current customers and try to get them to buy a new product with us. Cross-selling, in other words. If we can sell our new products this way, it is much more advantageous than attracting a completely new customer. This has already succeeded a few times with predictive maintenance (even as a means of combating churn, so that a customer not only stayed with us but also bought predictive maintenance additionally), but 2023 is going to show whether cross-sell is indeed a strategy that works well. Exciting!

Development program

The above two goals ensure that Sensorfact can continue to grow. That's super cool, but it's also important that our employees can grow with us. After all, with growth comes change and that also demands something of us as Sensorfactors. In 2023, we are going to focus on a development program, in which we can offer training that will help us grow with the growth of Sensorfact. Behind the scenes testing has already been done and the framework is in place, but in 2023 we will roll this out across the entire organization.
