Physical Health at home

The Phys-Ed and Athletics Department wishes you well and hopes that you are finding creative ways to continue to be active.

You received a copy of the "Stay Active" home workout via email yesterday, which you can use, modify and repeat as necessary in order to remain physically engaged. Exercise is key for mental health as much as it is for physical well-being - something to keep in mind during these challenging times.

Strive for at least three days a week of activity - just as you'd experience through Selwyn House Phys-Ed and Athletics.
